Today I finally picked up an external flash. It’s been on the shopping list for a while now and Craigslist finally came through with a sweet deal. I have a lot to learn in regards to using it properly, but it’s something i’m really excited about digging into.
This is my first real attempt at using it, and it was just me sitting on the floor throwing up tarot cards. The flash almost completely washed out the card but I really *love* how it softened up the background so much. This is going to be fun.
