My favorite thing about Texas is the sunsets. However, this is my fifth sunset during this trip out here and tonight’s was the first one really worth photographing (thanks for the help, tree!) It’s been really windy in the late afternoon and the usual magnificent skies filled with awesome clouds have been replaced by a dusty haze. I was bummed that tonight’s was going to be about the same during my drive home from a weekend at San Angelo’s lake but these trees definitely helped shake things up.
I’m determined to get some even better shots of the sunsets and skies before I leave so cross your fingers for a day full of cumulus clouds.
Oh, below was the shot that almost made it to the top spot. We were boating around the lake and I almost caught this girl picking her bottoms out of her crack with one hand while dangling her ciggy with the other. Classy.
